What This Site Is
RoofReplaceNear is a referral website for full roof replacement. We connect homeowners with independent local providers. We do not install roofs ourselves.
Our pages explain replacement services, basic steps, and cost factors. They help you prepare to speak with a provider.
General Information, Not Professional Advice
The information on this site is general and is for information only. It is not professional advice.
Roof conditions vary from home to home. Only a provider who reviews your roof, deck, and home in person can advise you on your specific case. Do not rely on a general page in place of that review.
Your Agreement Is With the Provider
Any work is agreed directly between you and the independent provider. We are not a party to that agreement.
The provider sets its own price, schedule, and terms. The provider explains its own quote and contract to you. Read them with care and ask about anything that is not clear before you sign.
What We Are Not Responsible For
We are not responsible for a provider's work, pricing or licensing. We do not do the work, set the price, or hold the provider licence.
We cannot guarantee a provider job, price, or timeline. If a provider offers a warranty, ask for its terms in writing from that provider and keep a copy.
Check the provider licence where a licence applies in your area. Ask for proof of insurance and a written quote before you agree to any work.
Privacy
How we handle data for a referral is explained in our privacy policy. Read it on the Privacy page before you share your details.
